Description
Sport Performance Sound. We know you love the raw, muscle car power and the tight, sports car handling of your Fastback GT Mustang, now if it only had an exhaust note to match. Give your GT the sound it deserves by installing a Corsa Performance Sport Axle-Back Exhaust. Corsa's Sport Axle-Back has been acoustically styled and tuned to give your 5.0L V8 powered S550 Mustang a robust sport performance sound under acceleration and a nice growl at idle, without any annoying drone while cruising. As an added bonus a Corsa Sport Axle-Back will also improve your Pony's exhaust flow for an increase of 5 RWHP and 4 RWTQ.
RSC™ Technology. Corsa Performance engineers all their mufflers using their very own patented Reflective Sound Cancellation® Technology (RSC™). RSC™ Technology is designed to give your Mustang's exhaust an aggressive sound under acceleration and a drone-free experience while cruising.
Quality Construction. Corsa Performance proudly manufactures their Axle-Back Exhaust systems right here in the good ole USA. This Corsa Axle-Back is mandrel-bent from 3" diameter, premium grade, 304 stainless steel tubing for excellent exhaust flow and enduring corrosion resistance. The system features two high flow, straight-through sport mufflers that end with black chromed twin 4" Pro-Series tips. Step down flanges are included, so that this 3" Corsa Axle-Back can be installed with the factory 2.5" exhaust.
Cut & Clamp Installation. The installation of this Corsa Axle-Back Exhaust System will require cutting and removing the factory muffler assemblies and clamping the new muffler assemblies in place. Clamps and installation instructions are provided.
Application. This Corsa Sport Axle-Back Exhaust System with Black Chromed Quad Tips is designed to fit 2015-2017 Fastback GT Mustangs equipped with the factory Premium Chassis Package (Trim Levels: 400A/401A).
Application Note. The 2015-2017 Model Years will require the use of the Roush Rear Valance 421894 or 421919 for proper installation (valance sold separately). Does not fit convertible models.
