Advanced Aerodynamics and High-Speed Handling. This rear wing assembly is in fact a fully functional aerodynamic upgrade as it’s capable of increasing downforce at your rear. This added downforce keeps your wheels firmly planted on the road raising high-speed handling characteristics, particularly when cornering. These molds then undergo a specialized vacuum bagging and high-temperature autoclaving curing process. This manufacturing method produces wing components that are extremely strong yet lightweight. Direct Install Procedure. This adjustable rear wing installs directly onto your Mustang’s decklid using the included mounting hardware. Some drilling is necessary to secure the wing assembly onto your ride. Also, some assembly of the rear wing is needed. Apart from these steps, installation is a relatively simple procedure that requires just standard hand tools to complete.
